Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:

1. You will be responsible for inbound service and maintenance bookings.
2. Speaking to existing customers on the phone.
3. Producing service plan quotes.
4. Supporting the team with the goal of increasing customer retention.
5. Ensuring customer satisfaction with the service.

Requirements as a Customer Service Advisor:

The Role:
