We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our customer base across the UK and Europe. This role focuses on acquiring new business through initiating conversations and closing deals.
Location: Normanton, England — you’ll have full ownership of your pipeline, working across Road, Air, and Ocean freight to offer flexible, tailored solutions. There’s no lengthy sign-off process, red tape, or politics—just clear goals, a commercial focus, and space to achieve results.
This role suits someone who enjoys the pace of new business and values space and support to pursue it. If your preference is managing existing accounts or you require a ready-made client list, this may not be the right fit.
Location: UK-based, with one day a week in our Normanton office.
