Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance our online presence, drive sales, and improve customer experience.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless transactions and a user-friendly interface.
• Analyze data and trends to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities.

Role Purpose

• Identify and target potential clients within the builder’s merchant industry for our fire detection products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the manager to align e-commerce strategies with broader business objectives.
• Implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and build brand awareness.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of online campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and nurture business relationships.
• Familiarity with the builder’s merchant industry would be advantageous.
