Position: Permanent

An experienced, organised, and highly competent Head of Property Management is needed to work with a smart Estate Agency in the Bracknell area.

You will be overseeing the Property Management department, managing a large portfolio, and ensuring that outstanding levels of customer service are delivered to Landlords and Tenants alike. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a property manager, ideally at a senior level, to be considered for this position.

The role also involves all aspects of compliance, training, development, management, complaint handling, and recruitment within the department. Some on-call time on Saturdays for emergency issues may be required occasionally.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in residential Property Management and have held people management or supervisory responsibilities as a minimum.

Candidates who live in the local area, are experienced, and hold relevant qualifications (ARLA) will be given preferential consideration.
