Job Description

Our Professional Services team is seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual to play an integral role in the successful delivery of our leading Cloud Architected Accounting Rules Platform. This role focuses on activities supporting accurate and compliant financial reporting:

1. Work closely with sales and client success teams to scope consulting solutions.
2. Engage with clients to validate their requirements and to design, configure, and test solutions.
3. Translate business event models into accounting rules in line with financial accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP) and internal controls.
4. Utilize your experience and knowledge of business events and accounting concepts to help solve complex problems for teams and customers.
5. Integrate solutions with customers' ERP systems and other data sources/targets.
6. Enhance, upgrade, and support customers in maintaining their existing applications.
7. Plan, prepare, and perform product training.
8. Coach partners and clients in the configuration of solutions.
9. Prepare high-quality documentation.
10. Deliver projects under tight and aggressive deadlines.
11. Perform other tasks as required by leadership.

Qualifications

• Accounting Certification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in finance systems or ERP implementations with exposure to accounting rules engines (e.g., Oracle FAH, AHCS, or similar).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and subledger accounting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data mapping, functional design, and full SDLC.
• Knowledge of SQL and data query tools.
• Experience in finance transformation projects in Insurance or Banking is a distinct advantage.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
