Join a Global Experience & Marketing Transformation Team

Working with a global innovation and customer transformation consultancy that partners with ambitious organisations to shape exceptional experiences, fuel sustainable growth, and unlock the power of data and emerging technologies.

We’re expanding our Customer Transformation team and seeking a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Marketing and Advertising Technology. This role is ideal for someone who brings strategic thinking, technical fluency, and a track record of delivering innovative marketing solutions in dynamic environments.

The Opportunity: Senior Consultant – Marketing Technology

  • Senior Consultant - Up to £70,000 per annum + Additional Benefits
  • Remote with occasional travel into London
  • Must be London based
  • Candidates must be able to go through SC Clearance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and architect modern Marketing and Advertising Technology (MadTech) ecosystems tailored to strategic business goals.
  • Lead assessments and transformations of clients' marketing technology stacks, driving improved ROI, engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable capabilities, aligning them with best-fit technical solutions.
  • Guide enterprise organisations through the integration of AI into marketing strategies, from initial pilots to scaled implementation.
  • Apply modern tech principles such as composable architecture, API-first design, and MACH methodologies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on platforms, tools, and implementation pathways across campaign management, customer data, and content ecosystems.
  • Advise clients across a range of industries including Retail, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Technology, Utilities, Telco, and the Public Sector.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices across digital media, marketing automation, data integration, and content management.

Your Experience May Include:

  • Prior consulting or agency experience with a focus on marketing and digital transformation.
  • Expertise in full-stack MarTech and AdTech tools, particularly platforms from Google, Adobe, or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms and orchestration tools such as Twilio, Tealium, ActionIQ, or Aprimo.
  • Experience with campaign management platforms like Sprinklr, Braze, Eloqua, Hootsuite, or Klaviyo.
  • Proficiency with ad-serving solutions like DV360, Amazon, Xandr, or Google SSP.
  • Knowledge of web content and product management tools including Contentful, Salsify, Bynder, Aprimo, or Drupal.
