About the Role

Senior Sales Consultant - Occupational Health and Wellbeing

Details:

  • Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
  • Location: Home-based with national travel
  • Salary: £60,000/year + uncapped commission + bonus (c. £100k OTE)

2025 is a pivotal year for us as we expand into new markets, diversify our services, and strengthen our brand presence across the UK.

We seek an experienced B2B sales professional with a background in health, wellbeing, or employee benefits services, eager to advance their career. You will develop, convert, and maintain a pipeline of mid-market and large corporate clients (1,000–5,000 employees), leveraging your market knowledge, networking, and prospecting skills, supported by our sales and marketing team. The role involves an annual revenue target, generous uncapped commissions, and potential UK travel, with virtual meetings being common.

Main Objectives
  1. Implement business development strategies in occupational health and wellbeing services, collaborating with senior leadership.
  2. Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified opportunities to generate long-term value.
  3. Partner with the Bid Team for high-quality submissions.
  4. Utilize market insights and client analysis to secure larger, complex projects and enhance our capabilities.
Requirements
  • Proven sales/business development experience, comfortable prospecting and networking.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and relationship building.
  • Confident communicator with excellent English writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of public/private sector occupational health and wellbeing markets.
  • Relationship-building, persuasive, and commercially minded.
  • Ability to present at senior levels within large organizations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience preferred (training provided).
