The successful candidate will lead a team of experienced reward & employment tax professionals and advise business leaders on reward equity/bonus policy development, process design, documentation, and payroll compliance, especially for internationally mobile individuals.

The Role:

• Provide expert advice on reward equity/bonus policy development, process design, documentation, and payroll compliance.
• Develop global tax compliance strategies for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, focusing on internationally mobile individuals.
• Offer cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security compliance services, utilizing technology for efficiency.
• Prepare global payroll reports to ensure clients meet reporting and withholding obligations for long-term incentive awards like RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses.

The Person:

• Experience in reward or employment tax within a corporate or consulting environment is essential.
• Additional experience in global mobility, compensation, and taxation is highly desirable.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer and client relationship skills, maintaining high standards of service.
