Leasehold Property Manager

Location: Staines

Salary: £34,285 - £36,089

Contract: 13 months Fixed term contract, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the role

As a Leasehold Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of an excellent property management service for a portfolio of commercial and residential mixed tenure estates and blocks, acting as the main point of contact for customers. A full clean driver’s licence is required for this role.

More about the role
  • Deliver residential and commercial property management duties ensuring high customer satisfaction, conduct estate inspections, manage disputes and anti-social behaviour, enforce lease conditions, and be the main contact for customers.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly, liaising with operational teams, customers, local authorities, and external managing agents.
  • Work with the service charge team to ensure accurate financial management, including service charge estimates and accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer contact.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to ensure high standards of service across the portfolio.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and represent the Group at meetings and forums.
  • Assist with policy and procedure updates to improve service delivery.
More about you
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C).
  • Willing to study towards IPRM membership (desirable).
  • Experience in front-line property management.
  • Knowledge of current housing law and best practices.
  • Proficient in IT, including Word and Excel, with report-writing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK Driving License.
