Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Watford.

The ideal candidate must have experience in valuations and instructing new lettings business, with knowledge of property management.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30 minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

• Commission on instructions & property management income
• Onsite parking
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu

Responsibilities:

• Winning new instructions for the Lettings business
• Managing a team of 3 Tenancy Managers
• Be a point of escalation
• Client relationship management
• Departmental organisation
• Performance management
• Reporting to Directors
