Responsibilities

1. Perform financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting to identify trends, benchmark, and improve financial performance.
2. Support cost analysis of both landlord and service charge expenditure.
3. Track and assess financial status by analysing actual results against forecasts.
4. Present findings and recommendations effectively to the Commercial Finance Team.
5. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to support business initiatives and performance.
6. Assist in budgeting and expenditure planning processes.

Requirements

1. CIMA, ACCA - Qualified or part-qualified.
2. Experience in the property industry, with knowledge of service charges, lettings, financing, and statutory accounts preferred but not essential.
