Job Summary

The Associate Financial Analyst partners with Client Services to manage financial aspects of client projects, ensuring accuracy in costs and billing. This is an entry-level position within the HCG Finance Team.

Expectations

Financial Analysis

• Review project spending, identify risks, and deviations.
• Audit time and expenses for errors.
• Generate reports for clients and internal teams.
• Assist with billing and contract compliance.
• Support audits and financial reporting.

Team and Client Relations

• Serve as liaison between finance and client teams.
• Participate in meetings and follow-up actions.
• Manage client inquiries and reports.

Fiscal Responsibility

• Identify financial risks and variances.
• Support month-end procedures and project closeouts.
