The role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst – Treasury and Securitisation to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis & Treasury in providing weekly and monthly reporting, and to develop the finance function within the organization.

The role involves supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts, including debtor metrics, liquidity, and cost management.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing securitisation financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with insightful analysis.
• Producing monthly management accounts for the Financial Services division and handling all documentation related to the securitisation facility.
• Providing ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Developing data to support KPIs, forecasts, and audits.
• Supporting the Protiviti audit process and assisting the finance team during audits.
• Preparing and posting accruals, prepayments, and journals.
• Ensuring stakeholders understand their financial responsibilities.

Treasury responsibilities include:

• Reconciliation of cash flows and bank positions.
• Maintaining weekly cash flow forecasts and ensuring accuracy.
• Producing treasury reports and managing working capital and facilities.
• Managing cash liquidity and excess cash utilization.
• Updating treasury documents and liaising with banking partners.

Skills and experience required:

• Part-qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA or above.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial acumen.
• Comfortable working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financial Systems, TM1, data languages, or Teradata is desirable but not essential.
