What is a currency template?

This software implements strict banknote handling requirements in an Automated Teller Machine’s cash deposit module. Each country has unique requirements for currency identification (local and FOREX), banknote damage detection, counterfeit notes, and sometimes a central bank certification. This is vital for NCR to sell banknote deposit and recycling hardware globally efficiently and competently.

Job Requirements

1. Project Planning and Management: Guide and coordinate projects, confirm requirements, resources, schedules, hardware, and performance; work with developers to deliver bespoke software per country.
2. Technical Guidance & Support: Understand hardware and software for note handling; analyze errors and logs to identify root causes.
3. Communication Skills: Adapt technical information for different audiences; serve as the main communication hub among teams.
4. Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects at various stages, focusing on meeting customer requirements.
5. Work Environment: May require weekend or extended hours to meet customer needs.

Essential Skills

This role requires:

• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
