Job Description:

I’m working with a well-established company in the mixed-signal IC space, and we’re looking for someone with a strong technical background in ASIC design who’s ready to step into a project management role.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer who’s passionate about the bigger picture and keen to develop their skills in project leadership. You’ll need to be comfortable moving away from hands-on design work, as this role is all about driving projects forward, not doing the design yourself.

The Role:

You’ll be supporting and leading IC development projects from initial concept through to production, working with a collaborative and experienced team. This includes coordinating across digital, analog, and mixed-signal design teams to keep everything on track and aligned with business and customer goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage end-to-end project activities for mixed-signal IC development
  • Work closely with engineering teams, technical leads, and other stakeholders to ensure good communication and progress tracking
  • Help implement solid project management processes and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Identify potential risks and help resolve any blockers to keep projects moving
  • Learn and apply best practices from previous projects to improve future outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong background in ASIC design (digital, analog, or mixed-signal)
  • Some experience supporting or coordinating technical projects, or a keen interest in making the move into project management
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) is a bonus
Why Apply?
  • Company promotes a good work life balance with flexibility
  • Join a supportive and forward-thinking team that encourages development and progression
  • Get stuck into exciting projects and take that next step in your career without losing touch with the world of cutting-edge IC development
If you’re an ASIC design engineer who’s ready to move into a broader project leadership role, let’s have a chat—this could be a brilliant next step.
