As a Project Manager, you'll be a mix of Project Manager and Business Analyst. You'll be at the heart of Agile project deliveries, working closely with internal customers, mastering Agile practices, and steering our talented teams across a variety of exciting projects.

This role is more than just managing tasks—it’s about building bridges and being hands-on. You’ll translate client needs into actionable Agile stories, foster strong relationships, and ensure projects are delivered with pace, precision, and impact to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects with the right balance of agility and predictability.

Salary: £48,000.00 - £60,000.00 (depending on experience) + Bonus

Location: Dundee (Hybrid)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating Agile project deliveries and ensuring seamless execution
  • Acting as the key link between customers and teams, turning needs into deliverables
  • Driving Agile best practices, keeping teams on track and motivated
  • Managing stakeholders, balancing priorities, and keeping expectations aligned

Basic Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level. Higher qualification an advantage but not essential.
  • Solid understanding of development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-functional teams.
  • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including (but not restricted to) engineers, operations, quality.
  • Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.

  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating and team building
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of trust and confidence
  • Proven ability to lead development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
  • Expert in using Atlassian tools, such as Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud as well as PowerBI
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT at all levels including the executive level
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view

Bonus Points

  • A background in Azure, CI/CD processes, and modern development methodologies.
  • Previous experience working with development teams utilizing python and docker.
