SIG Plc. is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe with strong positions in its core markets as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and as a merchant of roofing and exteriors products.

We are currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join our thriving business and support the optimisation of logistics within our Interiors Lancing Branch.

What does the role involve?
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering process-led excellence in warehousing for the branch and driving ongoing efficiencies and continuous improvement. You will lead your team to provide to provide high levels of service to customers and stakeholders, working in partnership with the Branch sales teams to drive the success of the Branch.

What are we looking for?
Great people management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
Experienced Operations Manager with a proven track record of operational excellence in warehousing, distribution and fleet management.
Strong communication and coaching skills
Track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
