About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers contribute customer feedback insights and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver, you will contribute to the success of a high-performing organisation and promote the Company brand through positive interactions with customers.

Main Duties include:

1. Delivering products to customers' premises within a specified radius
2. Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
3. Providing feedback to the branch on customer and competitor activity
4. Loading your vehicle according to procedures
5. Collecting customer returns as required
6. Performing vehicle maintenance and daily checks
7. Assisting in the warehouse as needed
8. Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as required

Working hours: Approximately 20.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

1. Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
2. Good knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
3. Previous experience as a delivery driver
4. Understanding of excellent customer service standards
5. Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
6. Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
