About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a vital part of the team at GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They gather customer feedback and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. Your responsibilities include contributing to the success of the organization and promoting the company through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

1. Delivering products to customers within a mile radius
2. Maintaining high levels of customer service
3. Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
4. Loading your vehicle following procedures
5. Collecting customer returns as required
6. Performing vehicle maintenance and daily checks
7. Assisting in the warehouse as needed
8. Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours:

Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work, depending on branch needs.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of high customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
