About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers offer valuable customer feedback and help us ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties Include

• Deliver products to customer premises within a 40-mile radius
• Maintain high levels of customer service
• Provide feedback on customer and competitor activity to the branch
• Load your vehicle according to procedures
• Collect customer returns as required
• Perform vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assist in the warehouse as needed
• Support inter-branch transfer deliveries when required

Working Hours

Up to 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays, depending on branch needs.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• At least 3 years of driving experience
• Good knowledge of the 40-mile radius of the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
• Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
