About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer valuable customer feedback and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver working on a zero hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of the organization and promote the Company brand through positive interactions with customers.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customers within a specified radius
• Maintaining high levels of customer service
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading vehicles according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns
• Performing vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the delivery radius of the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
