Job Description:

In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of plumbing and heating products. Responsibilities include providing quotations to customers, purchasing materials, managing stock levels for the category, dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone, delivering excellent customer service and product advice, and proactively seeking sales opportunities.

To succeed, you should have sound knowledge of plumbing and heating products, with previous sales experience in a plumbing and heating merchant or builders’ merchant environment. Confidence in customer interactions, strong relationship-building skills, a good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy are essential.
