Salary: £24,500 per year plus OTE £7,200 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full-time with a fixed weekly shift pattern

Location: REMOTE – working from home

• Competitive £24,500 basic salary.
• Average bonus earnings of £7,000 per year, based on sales, customer service quality, and call quality.

The role you’ll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers needing assistance
• Help customers register their appliances
• Use your sales skills to upsell our products
• Build rapport and understand customer needs
• Assist customers in choosing suitable protection packages

We provide a three-week training program to help you get started, learn our systems, meet colleagues, improve your sales techniques, and enjoy engaging with our customers.

What we need from you

• Calm, composed, and able to multitask efficiently

Additional information

• Remote work options available with equipment provided, or hybrid work from our Nottingham office.
• Shift pattern: 37.5 hours per week, rotational shifts from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
