We're looking for a fun, friendly Marketing Manager who loves strategy, managing a team & delivering the best service to our clients.
Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. This role is focused on marketing THEM. You must have a passion for marketing and an interest in developing strategies to help us promote our clients effectively to their target audiences to achieve RESULTS!
You must have previous experience in marketing.
You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our clients' businesses and brands to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. You will work closely with the We Do team and Director to delegate key activities to ensure the successful execution of the marketing plans.
Job Duties:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customer account management matters.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments for our clients.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and oversee their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Utilise various organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Proactively maintain Asana projects.
- Communicate the progress of ongoing retainer clients via monthly reports and meetings.
- Manage client budgets and allocate resources among projects wisely.
- Oversee and approve marketing materials from brief to publish/print.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Seek new opportunities to develop business and represent the company via networking.
- Develop strategies to promote our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of trends and competitors' marketing movements.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Partner with industry players and suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting strategic client relationships.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Communicate, direct, and brief team members to fulfill client marketing requirements effectively.
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members.
- Manage the Marketing Assistant Manager to assist with client campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Director on strategic tasks and opportunities, staying informed of methods and outcomes at the Director level.

- Aesthetically inclined with a love for great copy and witty communication.
- Up-to-date with latest online marketing trends and best practices.
- BSc/MSc in Marketing or related field.
Salary & Benefits:
- From £38,000 per annum.
- Monday - Thursday 08:30-17:00 at Canterbury Innovation Centre.
- Fridays 08:30-17:00 - work from home.
- 28 days holiday inclusive of 8 bank holidays.
