Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Billericay – Essex. (Hybrid working 2 days office based)

The Role:

Create a national marketing proposition and bring that to life in 22+ locations (and growing!) around England and Wales, while maintaining a cohesive national strategy.

Ensure brand consistency across a multi-site organization, developing a strong brand identity that resonates locally and nationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Brand Leadership: Manage brand strategy from global to local levels for luxury or lifestyle brands.
  • Creative & Campaign Expertise: Develop compelling brand assets, direct photoshoots, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Digital & Multi-Channel Marketing: Possess awareness of digital channels with experience in delivering integrated campaigns; primarily responsible for offline marketing efforts.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead teams, coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple locations, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Luxury & Multi-Site Experience: Ideally have a background in premium hospitality, leisure, retail, or entertainment brands.
  • Client-Side Experience: Have previous experience in senior marketing, campaign, or brand management roles within an in-house or client-side environment.
Personal Qualities:
  • A creative thinker who can incorporate ideas from outside the care sector to enhance the Hallmark experience in line with business positioning.
  • A problem-solver eager to take on new challenges.
  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • A strong influencer with excellent communication skills.
