What You'll Be Doing

You'll undergo thorough training to become knowledgeable about our products, taking pride in them and confidently selling them to customers using your growing sales abilities.

Your Role Will Involve
  • Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers at home or utilizing our new remote selling framework
  • Delivering persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes into sales
  • Educating customers about our products and services, thinking quickly, and cross-selling where appropriate
  • Working with customers to meet their specific needs and ensuring quality work on the first attempt
What We're Looking For

You should be self-motivated and confident in communicating with customers at all levels. Key qualities include:

  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • Flexible with varied workloads and working hours
  • Consistently providing high-quality customer service
  • Experience in Home Improvements or similar fields (preferred)
  • A full UK driving license and your own car
