We are seeking a detail-oriented Food & Beverage Sales Executive to oversee and coordinate all aspects of restaurant and event bookings across our dining venues, including Wild Honey St James, The Rose Lounge, St James Bar, and The Terrace.
In this position, you will manage reservations and private dining enquiries, curate bespoke guest experiences for key occasions such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve, and support revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
