A leading company in the UK is seeking a Network Operations Manager to enhance operational performance across its distribution network. As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Network Operations Manager to be based at within our network of Distribution Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive overall contribution to the business through partnering across Supply Chain DC and Transportation operations and optimising our processes. The role will raise performance levels, improve efficiencies and generate innovation into the network.
The purpose of this role is to partner with our 3PL operational teams to refine our planning accuracy, identify continuous improvement opportunities and scale deploying innovation across the network. The candidate will be a pivotal part of the leadership team in generating operational insight, being an expert in performance opportunities and helping improve decision making as we shape our network and drive performance contribution. The candidate will lead operational performance reviews, drive project /process improvements on site and communicate how to raise the bar in operational output.
This role will be based in a UK DC (Avonmouth /Doncaster /Wakefield). There will be some requirement to travel to other UK DCs and Head Office in Plymouth as needed.
