Job Opportunity: User Researcher

Our client, an industry-leading consultancy operating within National Security and Defence, is seeking a User Researcher to collaborate with top digital talent across various disciplines to innovate and deliver outstanding solutions for their clients.

1. Plan and execute user research studies using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic research.
2. Collect and analyze user data with appropriate tools and techniques to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
3. Develop user archetypes, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts to communicate insights and support decision-making.
4. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into well-designed products and services.
5. Proven experience in conducting user research using various methods and tools.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively translate research findings for diverse stakeholders.
8. Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with designers, product managers, and developers.
9. Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Compensation includes up to £70,000, a company bonus, a flex fund, and a DV Cleared bonus of up to £7,000.
