Job description

Role: User Researcher - Polish/English speaking

Rate: £450 per day

Location: Fully Remote

We have partnered with a global retail company looking for a fluent Polish and English speaking User Researcher to work with users and stakeholders, uncovering insights into how customers engage with advertising on the high street.

Experience Required:

• Fluent in Polish and English; Essential
• Extensive experience managing research across a wide range of generative and evaluative, qualitative methodologies
• Hands on experience with the practicalities of running research.
• Substantial experience in uncovering unarticulated user needs, synthesising existing research from a variety of sources, and translating observations into digestible, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Experience within the retail industry highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identifying the need for research, framing objectives appropriately, and creating research plans that achieve business objectives
• Leading end to end research projects, including defining objectives and hypotheses, defining appropriate methodologies, setting up and leading fieldwork, synthesising outputs and sharing insights in impactful ways.
• Developing compelling outputs and artefacts based on research.
• Integrating insights from various sources to create a holistic customer view (e.g. market research, analytics, ContentSquare, etc)
• Championing and defending the voice of the user, and advocating a user-centric design approach
• Working across the wider Group to synthesise knowledge and build a holistic understanding of our users
