Job Description:

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is seeking an experienced client-facing (internal only) project/account manager with strong project management skills for their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably from a POS background.

The Job:
  1. Work in the client services department.
  2. Deliver outstanding customer service with excellent communication and attention to detail to demanding clients in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Manage internal projects and administration of up to 30 projects simultaneously, with an average of 15-20.
  4. Handle new client briefs daily, understand, prepare, and present them for processing across various departments.
  5. Manage multiple project stages from start to finish, keeping clients informed of progress.
  6. Work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with a 4pm finish on Fridays.
  7. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
  8. Require good interpersonal skills, excellent time management, multi-tasking, prioritization, reporting, and IT skills (MS Office).
  9. Build and maintain effective client and internal relationships.
  10. Maintain high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  11. Be target driven, independent, efficient, and methodical with accurate record-keeping.
