Job Description:

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is seeking an experienced client-facing (internal only) project / account manager with strong project management skills for their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably from a POS background.

The Job:
  1. Work within the client services department.
  2. Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and attention to detail, managing demanding clients in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Manage internal projects and administration for up to 30 projects simultaneously, with an average of 15-20.
  4. Handle new client briefs daily, understand and prepare them for processing through various departments, managing multiple stages of projects from estimation to dispatch, while keeping clients informed.
  5. Participate in all aspects of the project management cycle from start to finish.
  6. Work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with a 4pm finish on Fridays.
  7. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
  8. Require good interpersonal skills.
  9. Possess excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  10. Have strong reporting skills.
  11. Be proficient in IT skills, especially MS Office.
  12. Build and maintain effective client and internal relationships.
  13. Exhibit high attention to detail.
  14. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  15. Be target-driven, independent, and efficient.
  16. Maintain accurate records and report accordingly.
