Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in horticulture.
• PA1 & PA6 certifications are desirable.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.

Who are you?

• Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
• A confident individual with good people management skills.
• Adaptable with a strong work ethic.
• Experienced in using a variety of small engine machinery.
• Good IT knowledge.
• A full, clean driving license is preferred.
• PA1 & PA6 certifications are desirable.
• Knowledge of relevant industry Health & Safety legislation.
• Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently.

The Role

• Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance effectively.
• Take responsibility for on-site work, including timekeeping, productivity, managing breaks, and dealing with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
• Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain discipline.
• Operate company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment with care, ensuring daily checks and routine servicing are recorded.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
