About the role

1. Support the business through change and foster a change culture within the Change Management Office.
2. Develop change management strategies for strategic and tactical projects.
3. Act as a consultant for change management activities within business-led change initiatives.
4. Complete change management documentation in line with the framework, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication plans, and training plans.
5. Build awareness and desire through effective business engagement and communication.
6. Understand the impact of change on business ways of working.
7. Enhance knowledge and ability regarding change by informing training plans and support.
