What will you be doing?
  • Lead change management efforts for Data & Analytics (D&A) projects, including stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and communication plans.
  • Develop and implement tailored training, enablement, and communication strategies to ensure user readiness and adoption.
  • Monitor and report on adoption and value metrics, providing progress updates to the Head of Change Management.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Change Management and Change Specialist to ensure adherence to change management frameworks.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned to improve the change management function.
What will you need to do it?
  • Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are highly desirable.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in change management or related fields.
  • Experience with AI projects or technology adoption is highly beneficial.
  • Proven success in leading change initiatives and managing complex projects.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
