As a hands-on Business Change Manager at Yü Group, you will lead and drive business change initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions of key business and operational changes. This role is crucial in ensuring our business adapts to new technologies, processes, and regulations while maintaining continuity and delivering excellent customer experiences.

What We Need From Yü
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the end-to-end change management process, from assessment and strategy development to execution and post-implementation support.
- Work with leadership to align change initiatives with strategic objectives, ensuring effective planning, communication, and implementation.
- Manage the integration of new technologies, systems, and processes with minimal disruption.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
- Assess potential impacts of changes, identify risks, and mitigate issues proactively.
- Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, using data to improve processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in change management, particularly within the energy sector.
- Provide coaching to leaders and staff, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder communications across all levels, ensuring clarity and appropriateness.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards relevant to the energy industry.
About Yü
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in change management, transformation, or project management, preferably within energy or utilities.
- Knowledge of methodologies like ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, with practical application experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborative project execution.
- Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop actionable strategies.
- Good project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Understanding of the energy sector and its regulatory environment is highly desirable.
- Relevant degree and change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG) are advantageous.
- Experience with change management tools and software.
- Strategic, solution-oriented mindset, resilient, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a passion for continuous improvement.
