Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
As a hands on Business Change Manager at Yü Group, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving business change initiatives across our organisation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies that ensure smooth implementation of key business and operational changes across the company.
This position is essential to ensuring our business adapts to new technologies, processes, and industry regulations while maintaining business continuity and delivering optimal customer experiences.

What We Need From Yü
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end change management process, from assessment and strategy development to execution and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align business change initiatives with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring that changes are efficiently planned, communicated, and implemented.
- Drive the successful integration of new technologies, systems, and processes across the business while ensuring minimal disruption to operations of the business.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training programmes for impacted teams and departments.
- Analyse and assess the potential impact of proposed changes, identifying risks and mitigating issues proactively.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that change initiatives align with project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously improve change management processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert in change management practices, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards, specifically within the energy sector.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement within the organisation.
- Manage stakeholder communications at all levels of the business, ensuring that messages are clear, concise, and tailored to different audience groups.
- Ensure that all change management efforts comply with legal and regulatory requirements, particularly within the energy sector.
About Yü
If you have what it takes you could be just what we’re looking for…
- Proven experience in change management, business transformation, or project management, ideally within the energy or utility sector.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and experience applying them in complex business environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively to achieve business goals.
- Ability to analyse complex business challenges and devise actionable change strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the energy sector and an understanding of its regulatory environment is highly desirable.
- A relevant degree in business, management, or a related field. Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG) are a plus.
- Experience with tools and software used to track and manage change (e.g., project management software, change management platforms).
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, capable of driving change in a positive and constructive manner.
- Analytical and data-driven with the ability to measure outcomes and adjust strategies accordingly.
