About your role:

We seek a Relationship Account Manager for our New Business & Net Zero team. You will collaborate with the Installer Network Commercial Lead to empower installers to:

  • Deliver high-quality installations for customers.
  • Claim rewards for upselling and cross-selling Hive and British Gas products.
  • Support installers in growing their businesses.

You’ll work closely with installers, providing feedback to the business. The role involves collaboration with senior teams across operations, design, product, and technical departments to ensure timely, high-standard program delivery. It’s an excellent opportunity for career growth.

Location: Remote/home-based, with a requirement to attend Windsor office once weekly.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage key stakeholders like tradespeople, merchants, SMEs, and OEMs.
  • Organize meetings to gather data insights for future models.
  • Enable installers to use the Hive Installer App for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Attend face-to-face meetings with merchants to promote the Hive Installer Network.
  • Organize and participate in trade mornings.
  • Support development of installer insights and customer propositions.
  • Implement new operating and commercial models for features testing.
  • Collaborate with product and digital teams on platform requirements.
  • Participate in cross-team growth initiatives.
  • Support commercial decision-making on pricing, activities, and budgets.
  • Work with marketing on campaigns and creative ideas.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in a commercial role.
  • Experience working with merchants, installers, SMEs, and OEMs.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with initiative.
  • Customer-focused with a drive for business growth.
