Full Time Remote United Kingdom With Professional Experience 5/13/25
Ravago Group, is expanding its footprint in the UK polymer market. To support this growth, we're looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Account Manager to take the lead in developing customer relationships and driving new business.
We offer the flexibility of a home-based role combined with the backing of a strong international structure. Your success will come from being on the road, engaging with clients, and proactively shaping your portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow Ravago Resale’s UK customer base with a strong focus on new business acquisition
- Manage a modest starting portfolio and actively expand it through targeted prospecting
- Visit customers and prospects across the UK, with a particular focus on the Midlands, the North, Wales and London areas.
- Reactivate dormant accounts and deepen relationships with underutilized customers
- Report to the UK Sales Lead and work closely with the wider Ravago Resale team in Europe
- Work autonomously, from home, with full freedom to plan your visits and commercial strategy
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales role.
- Experience with plastic converters or materials distribution is a strong plus
- Demonstrable success in developing sales territories, winning new clients, and delivering on commercial targets
- Ability to operate independently in a remote, decentralized environment
- Natural relationship builder who thrives in client-facing roles
- Based in the UK, preferably within reach of London, Manchester, or Birmingham
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
