A fast-growing, dynamic technology company near Sunbury-on-Thames is seeking a Senior Finance Manager. The company has a turnover exceeding £300 million, with over 30% organic growth year-on-year. They operate from modern, accessible offices with a hybrid work policy (three days in the office, two from home). The finance team is undergoing transformational change, including process improvements and a new ERP system, offering a unique opportunity to influence their future.

Your new role

As Senior Finance Manager, you will support the Head of Finance, managing month-end and year-end processes, leading a team of two, overseeing reporting for two international entities, and managing statutory reporting and audits. You will work closely with the Head of Finance to foster a finance business partnering culture and be involved in system implementation projects to transform financial operations.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong financial accounting skills, experience in month-end processes, statutory reporting, and audits. You should be proactive in process improvement, have a solid background in statutory reporting, and possess excellent people skills for business partnering. Location within an hour's commute of the office is preferred.
