Role Overview:

This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in the company's transformational change, including process enhancements and ERP system implementation. The Senior Finance Manager will support the Head of Finance in managing month-end and year-end processes, overseeing reporting for two international entities, and managing statutory reporting and audits. The role also involves fostering a finance business partnering culture to enhance financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and improve the month-end and year-end processes, currently a six-day cycle.
• Lead a team of two and oversee reporting for two international entities.
• Manage statutory reporting and the audit process, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Head of Finance to strengthen business partnering within finance.
• Participate actively in financial systems implementation and process transformation projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Strong financial accounting expertise with proven experience in month-end closing processes.
• Experience in statutory reporting and audits.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills for effective business partnering.
• Located within a one-hour commute of the office.

Compensation and Benefits:
