- Build a coaching culture within your team, working with your head chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Be a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
What we look for |

- Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock control.
- Experience managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and engage your team, helping them flourish in their roles and careers.
- Passion for creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and a sense of belonging.
- A forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions.
