Senior Sous Chef | Full-time

The Role

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to perform at their best, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What You Bring

  • Dedication to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to exceptional standards, either personally or through team development.
  • Experience in maintaining high standards for food, health, and safety, understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
  • Ability to foster a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, committed to personal and professional growth.
  • A forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick thinking and decision-making.
