as a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. you will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

- experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef, driving performance through positive behavior in a fast-paced environment.
- strong communication skills, capable of having genuine conversations that ensure your team feels supported and heard.
- experience maintaining high food, health, and safety standards.
- understanding of kitchen financial performance, including gross profit and stock control.
- ability to manage labor costs effectively and react to changing demands.
- leadership qualities that inspire and engage your team to thrive in their roles and careers.
