About the job: Branch Manager - Healthcare

Sales Branch Manager - Business Development skills are essential. Working within a close-knit team in Healthcare Recruitment, you'll need strong hunting abilities to grow this dynamic brand! This role is initially WFH while you build the branches hours, then transition into a branch after 6 months.

Expected experience

• A minimum of 2 years of business development experience within healthcare
• At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a team, demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire
• The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure
• Target-driven with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Previous experience within healthcare is desirable but not essential
• A personable individual who enjoys developing relationships with staff and clients
