Job description

Help our customers get their holidays off to a fantastic start as one of our trusted Travel Money Advisors. You’ll provide excellent service in our in-store Travel Money bureaus, being part of our winning team where your contribution makes a difference.

You’ll be the face of Travel Money for Sainsbury's Bank, building good relationships with customers and delivering friendly service that encourages repeat business.

Your main task will be handling currency, so attention to detail is essential. While you’ll be supported by a close-knit team, you’ll often manage the bureau independently, requiring confidence in decision-making.

Previous experience in finance or cash handling is ideal, but not essential as we provide comprehensive training. What matters most is your enthusiasm for helping people, your eye for detail, and comfort working with large sums of money and figures.
