Job description

You’ll be responsible for monitoring product functionality, investigating bugs, collaborating with the CS team, and setting up queries and ad hoc data analyses. You will work alongside product, CS, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure the best user experience. As the team grows, your role will be refined and expanded.

What you'll do:

1. Analyze data using SQL
2. Provide data extracts, analysis, and dashboard reports to support business opportunities and solutions
3. Assist in delivering excellent customer support
4. Develop and optimize daily operational process controls
5. Monitor internal and third-party functionalities
6. Deliver operational tasks accurately and on time
7. Investigate and resolve issues
8. Automate recurring MI and optimize processes using SQL and Python

What we’re looking for:

• Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Willingness to learn and improve efficiency
• Numerate with analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Meticulous with attention to detail
• Proactive mindset aligned with “Make it Happen”
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and learn quickly
• Independent problem-solving skills
• Intermediate SQL skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Python
• Experience in a tech environment or interest in FinTech (challenger banks, crypto, app investing)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
