We are recruiting Production Process Technicians and Whey CIP Technicians for a well-established food manufacturing company in Cookstown. This is a full-time role offering fixed shifts, competitive pay, and long-term potential with permanent opportunities.

• Pay rate starting from £ per hour
• Fixed shifts - predictable scheduling
• 3 days on / 3 days off / 3 nights on pattern

Shift Pattern

• 7:00am - 7:00pm (3 days on, 3 days off)
• 7:00pm - 7:00am (3 nights on, 3 days off)

Role Overview

As a Cheese and Whey Production Technician, you will gain specialised knowledge in food processing and play a key role in operating automated systems for cheese and whey production. Responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Performing clean-in-place (CIP) and hygiene procedures
• Ensuring product quality and safety standards are maintained
• Completing relevant process checks and documentation
• Assisting in curd production, pasteurisation, and whey handling
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

What We're Looking For

• Good understanding of English (written and verbal)
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Previous food manufacturing or production experience is desirable
• A background in food processing, engineering, or technical work is an advantage
• A Level 3 qualification in Food Science or a related discipline is desirable but not essential
