We’re looking for a new General Manager for this fantastic Bel & The Dragon site.

Westerham is a small, affluent town in Kent with excellent road links to the surrounding area. It’s popular with tourists, with nearby National Trust Houses and an emerging wine trail celebrating local English wines. It’s known as the gateway to the southeast.

The George & Dragon, part of the Bel & The Dragon estate, opened in July 2022 and remains in excellent condition. It features 13 luxurious bedrooms, a private dining room, and cozy nooks for relaxing in front of a fire.

The local community is actively engaged with the business, making it a popular venue for celebrations. The General Manager must be the face of the business, greeting guests and seeking opportunities to grow the venue.
