Job Description:

A global entertainment business is hiring a Commercial Data & Insights Manager to join their matrix organization on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves working closely with central data teams to ensure reporting tools and data strategies support business growth and enhance marketing efforts.

The role includes:

• Leading internal reporting systems using tools like Datorama, Snowflake, and Tableau to connect and visualize data for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Expanding data sources to cover key touchpoints across the marketing spectrum, from brand awareness to campaign performance.
• Collaborating with media and social agencies to leverage data for smarter decision-making and insightful reporting.
• Conducting correlation and regression analyses to identify key metrics and establishing frameworks for KPI tracking.
• Providing training to empower teams to utilize self-serve reporting tools effectively, reducing reliance on external support.

Qualifications and skills:

• At least 6 years of experience in data management, analytics, and reporting, preferably within a media agency setting.
• Deep understanding of marketing tools (DMPs, DSPs) and data visualization (Tableau).
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Datorama, and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and data insight generation capabilities.
